How long does the program take?
Answer: The program can take 2 – 12 months. Most clients can get pre-approved within 90 days when they follow their Action Plan. Each client has a different credit profile and therefore unique needs. Some need only a few bumps and tweaks and others need a complete overhaul. Since we use the “Beauty Makeover” comparison you need to imagine one girl needs drastic work to improve her look, while another might need less. Men may understand the comparison of automobile work. One car may need an oil change to function better while another car needs a rebuilt engine. Most clients with credit issues complete the program within a few months when they follow the program and their personal Action Plan schedule. Clients with only a few credit issues complete the program in even less time.
Do I need to have a realtor, home seller or lender to qualify?
Answer: No. We can match you with one of our partners who work hand-in-hand with our program for the most successful outcome. You can complete the program without any seller or lender initially. We will find the best match in your area so you can benefit of working with an approved affiliate who will help underwrite most of your costs! You will only see that benefit when you are working with a affiliated seller.
What if my realtor is not associated with the program?

Why would two people with similar profiles take different amounts of time to complete the program and qualify for a home loan?
Answer: No two people are the same and with each person having 30 Credit Overlays there are so many variables that it is unlikely that two people will ever be the same. However, if two people do have very similar profiles, one might take 2 months to qualify where the other might take 12 months. That has all to do with the client’s priority to follow the program and how quickly they finish each step. If they delay, they slow down their own progress and therefore the end-goal of approval. Can I complete the program for other types of loans?
Answer: Yes. Other types of loans have similar requirements. For example other financed items can enjoy the same success. How much does it cost to start the program?
Answer: The initial cost for your Action Plan which tells ou what you need to do and how we can get your there is $75.00 and includes an Action Plan Meeting. It tells you everything you’ll need to know so we can reach your goal. Every person receives a different plan based on their particular history and their current financial situation. All other fees and costs associated with the program are discussed in your Action Plan Meeting and depend on your particular needs. Those fees are paid over time and are usually underwritten by the lender and seller at closing (when you finalize your home purchase). Often the only cost paid by you is the $45.00 Action Plan Fee. That is why we like to match you up with an affiliate selling partner.
